Prologue

In a land called Lyko lived there king, Lyko. His kingdom was named after him. He was a good king good to many people and animals. He allowed Yoshis in his land but not just that, he allowed humans, dogs, cats anything you can imagine! Life was good in Lyko but one day Lyko's servant, Scorpion, was angry. The king was making him do a lot more work than he wanted to do. So yes Scorpion can handle that but his last command was a bit more difficult than usual. He was told to go to the mountains find the king 10 rare crystal berries and back in only an hour. Scorpion was shocked. He decided to go look for the berries.

There he was climbing up the tall mountain. He was starving and he was really really thirsty. When he noticed he was gone for over an hour Scorpion started freaking out. He was also very hungry which made him go crazy! Than he thought "THAT LITTTLE STUPID KING WANTED ME TO FIND TEN CRYSTAL THINGS IN AN HOUR! THAT FAT DINO IS USING ME!!! WHY DOES HE NEED IT ANYWAYS?! HE'S ALREADY FILTHY RICH!!" Scorpion thought he should do something to take his stress away so he snuck into the king's room one night and stole his scythe. He took the scythe and killed many of the kings men. Than it all came to a showdown. Scorpion versus Lyko. Lyko reached for his scythe, but noticed that Scorpion had it. Scorpion killed Lyko.

Scorpion was no longer stressed out he ate and he drank. He felt terribly bad of what he'd done. He went to the grave yard where the king was held. He put all his money near the grave and he put his very special crystal. "I hope I haven't upset anyone...I'm sorry...Lyko." Scorpion felt he had nothing left to live for, so he signed up for war.

Scorpion was there but the next thing he noticed, he was getting hit by arrows really fast. The strange thing is, no one on the other team is even close enough to shoot Scorpion. but he looked around, His own team was killing him for killing Lyko. Scorpion was dead.

It was 17 years and 132 days after the night. A hooded guy came from the grave yard and back to the city. He went into Lyko's castle which was now Gorden's castle. Gorden was quite different from Lyko. He didn't allow animals in the kingdoms except Yoshis. He didn't take care of his men so well and last of all he didn't care what his people had done to the beautiful kingdom of Lyko. Anyways the hooded guy went into the castle. He walked passed the soldiers. "HEY! You can't come in without Ly- erm I mean Gordon's permission!" said a soldier. But some how the hooded guy made a flash appear and this is what the soldier said after the flash. "Oh I-I'm terribly sorry master..."

He went up the 100 stairs. He went passed the kitchen without grabbing a meal or anything. He went into the king's room and took his Hood off. It was Lyko!

"Umm I don't understand I-I mean this my castle not yours. Listen you can't have it back! My men love me more than love you right!?" said Gorden. All of his men said no. It was hopeless for Gorden: there was something so great about Lyko that everybody liked, his kindness. "Alright plan B." Gorden made some terrible earthquake, then a dark portal sucked up him and all his men. Lyko was helped by his men and did not fall in but his men fell in. Lyko was sad. "They all risked their lives for me..." he began to cry.

A big blowing sound came from the grave yard. People came to see what it was. Green gas was coming from scorpion's grave and it caused a terrible storm. The first one to walk up to it was a orange Yoshi named Juice. Once he touched the green gas he died. People realised they should run so the gas won't kill them. The gas was not popping out from nowhere - Scorpion was using his power to make it. Did that mean he wasn't dead?

Scorpion popped out of his grave. "Those stupid traitors they lost the war since they killed me. Well this Lyko place is no longer needed for me!"

Everyone in Lyko was dead. Except for Lyko and Scorpion. They hid for a while so people wouldn't get creeped out. Flyers has been sent around so they can have a new king and Lyko can be a kingdom once more.

That's exactly what happened: they had a new king, Lyko was back. But it still lost it's beautifulness. No one will ever get a chance to see it again. Lyko hid in a forgotten cave and Scorpion hid down in the power plant.

Around 5 years later a Yoshi named Waffle decided to take a trip to Lyko. "Oh boy just two more days and I'm at Lyko. I'm so happy! I can't wait. I heard it's a beautiful place with nice Yoshis." Well I'd better pack up, because in two days my adventure will begin!"

Meanwhile back in Lyko, Scorpion was planning something. "Heh heh maybe I can rule Lyko! A kingdom of my own! I will rule it with evil and all these pathetic Yoshis will be my undead slaves." He took a look in his crystal ball. The crystal said "A young Yoshi named Waffle will interfere with your plan. He might even send you back to your grave stone."

"What! NO! A HERO IS THE LAST PERSON I WANT TO MEET! Heh heh he is in for a challenge of his life! Or should I say the LAST challenge of his life!"
